Our Team

Adam

President - ​CEO

Adam is the President of Simpson Lawn Care, Inc. Established in 2018, it is the prime objective to serve all customers with a great experience and satisfaction. A graduate of Webb City High School, Adam is very active in the Webb City and Joplin area. He is responsible for the continued growth and success for the company. As he brings in new business and ideas, Adam is available to provide executive leadership ensuring the highest levels of customer success is offered to the service partner. Additional duties include corporate strategy, partner management, compliance, and oversee the expansion of Simpson Lawn.

Tammy

Human Resources

Tammy is the Administrative Assistant with a background in Human Resources and Insurance, she enjoys serving others and assisting in various projects.  Cooking, Bible Study, and spending time with family are some of her favorite things to do. Tammy also enjoy working in the yard and feeding and watching the birds.

Taylar 

Office Assistant - Customer Service 

Taylar helps the team in the office by assisting in day-to-day operations. From Greenfield, Missouri, Taylar is becoming a familiar face to know. She enjoys arranging the company events, customer & employee gifts, and decorating the office! In Taylar's free time, she enjoys cooking, shopping, spending time with family.

Dexter

Director of Operations

Dexter is the company’s Director of Operations. His heart became involved with the company since the beginning. He his married to Shelby and have three children. They reside in Purcell, Missouri. In his free time, Dexter enjoys hunting, fishing, being involved with ALL sports, and spending time with family and friends.
