Meet The Team

Adam is the President of Simpson Lawn Care, Inc. Established in 2018, it is the prime objective to serve all customers with a great experience and satisfaction. A graduate of Webb City High School, Adam is very active in the Webb City and Joplin area. He is responsible for the continued growth and success for the company. As he brings in new business and ideas, Adam is available to provide executive leadership ensuring the highest levels of customer success is offered to the service partner. Additional duties include corporate strategy, partner management, compliance, and oversee the expansion of Simpson Lawn.

Dexter Short serves as Operations Manager at Simpson Lawn Care, helping oversee the day-to-day operations of the company from the first estimate to the final walkthrough. He works closely with customers, crews, and contractors to keep projects organized, on schedule, and completed to a high standard.

With hands-on experience in lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, tree work, snow removal, estimating, and project management, Dexter understands both the field side and the business side of the industry. Whether he’s preparing a bid, coordinating a large commercial project, solving a problem in the field, or working directly with a homeowner, his goal is simple: do the job right, communicate clearly, and take care of the customer.

Outside of work, Dexter is a husband and dad who enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth soccer, hunting, and fishing. He takes pride in being part of a local company that serves the Four States area and believes Simpson Lawn Care’s reputation should be built one customer and one quality job at a time.

Taylar helps the team in the office by assisting in day-to-day operations. From Greenfield, Missouri, Taylar is becoming a familiar face to know. She enjoys arranging the company events, customer & employee gifts, and decorating the office! In Taylar's free time, she enjoys cooking, shopping, spending time with family.
